From one agent to another, I expected more professionalism and understanding. A client of hers moved into my area and due to extenuating circumstances, needed special accommodations. When I called her to get their files transferred, she refused to cooperate and even laughed at me that there was no way she would be losing money on this client. I understand that money makes the world go round, but Teri needs to learn there is more to life than just that. If you have an ounce of self-respect, don’t give your business to Teri.
